Coop Finance+ app is being deactivated – an overview of your next steps




The deadline to consent to a switch to Pilla by Crédit Agricole next bank has expired. If you have not given your consent, no action is required at this time. Our partner Liberty will contact you directly in July to inform you about the free transfer of your pension assets to the Liberty platform.

Due to delays in the transfer process, your assets will remain visible in the Coop Finance+ app as usual, regardless of whether you will be using Pilla by Crédit Agricole in the future or continuing with Liberty as before. The transfer of your investments will be completed during July. Of course, we will let you know as soon as the process has been successfully completed.

Important: As of 27 July, the Coop Finance+ app will be deactivated. From this point onward, you will no longer be able to log in.
