Coop Finance+ – Service deactivated
The Coop Finance+ app was deactivated on 27 July 2025. You can no longer log in.
Here you will find all the important information for managing your remaining balance and pension funds – including contact details for our partners.
Banking – your balance
Deadline for follow-up solution expired:
Switching to the exclusive Valiant Advantage Package was possible until 27 July 2025. This deadline has now passed. A direct transfer via Coop Finance+ is no longer possible.
Secure management of your credit:
Even after the end of the Coop Finance+ app, your remaining balance will remain protected and securely deposited. It will continue to be managed by our partner, Hypothekarbank Lenzburg. You can have the balance transferred to a new account at any time.
How to transfer your balance to a new account:
If you have not yet closed your Coop Finance+ account, you can simply have your remaining balance transferred to a new bank account of your choice. To do this, we require a completed and signed closure form.

How it works:
1. Complete the form in full – including your new IBAN/International Bank Account Number.
2. Don’t forget to sign.
3. Send by post to the address indicated.
Payment will be made upon receipt of the correctly completed form. Please allow a processing time of a few working days.

Pension – your pension assets
Deadline to consent has expired:
The opportunity to switch to the new retirement solution, Pilla by Crédit Agricole next bank, ended in July 2025. If you did not give your consent by then, there will be no automatic transfer.
What happens to your retirement savings?
Your retirement savings will remain safe even if you do not switch. Our partner Liberty Vorsorge will continue to manage your pension assets reliably.
Next steps
If you have not actively switched to the new solution, you do not need to do anything at this time. Liberty Vorsorge will contact you directly. You will receive all the information you need about transferring your retirement savings free of charge to the MyLiberty App.
The transfer takes place automatically and does not incur any additional costs for you. Your assets will remain visible in the Coop Finance+ app until the transfer is complete.
